CPAC Leadership Development Program

CPAC Leadership Development Program help internationally trained professionals move from technical roles to management positions. Participants in this program will learn how to influence others by improving communication, relationship-building, and management skills; how to increase confidence in communication and problem-solving abilities; how to develop new tools, techniques, and strategies to enhance participation, build consensus, manage conflict and remove obstacles that prevent peak performance. The CPAC LDP program is the first of its kind in the immigrant community. Mentoring for the Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) Licensure

CPAC Mentoring for P. Eng. Licensure is a program designed to help internationally trained engineers obtain license. Participants of the program will receive in-depth information on the application process, profession-specific language training as well as individualized help and support from mentors through the licensing process. This is a three-year project, founded by the Government of Ontario, Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship (MCI).

CPAC Healthcare Mentoring Program

This is a program that helps internationally trained healthcare professionals obtain their professional certification or licensure through mentoring. Mentors from similar medical fields provide one-on-one advice and guidance to program participants and assist them in going through the certification/licensing steps. This program is sponsored by the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).

Gateway for Accounting and Finance Professionals Project

Funded by Government of Ontario, CPAC Gateway for Accounting and Finance Professionals Project is a tailor-made program for the internationally trained accounting and finance professionals. It aims to help these professionals to obtain the Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation with a clearly illustrated road map; to gain relevant job experience in Canada through our structured employment services; and to become successful in the workplace by equipping themselves with essential soft skills.

CPAC-Gateway for Internationally Educated Nurses Program

CPAC-Gateway for Internationally Educated Nurses Program is an Ontario bridging program funded by the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada. It aims to help you to obtain RN/RPN licenses and employment in the profession of nursing in Ontario. The program consists of a series of courses and workshops, one-on-one mentoring support and employment services which will help you achieve your career goals.
