Senior Managers, Tax, Big 4 China

Due to significant growth, one of the big 4 accounting firms is rapidly expanding their Tax Group and looking actively for Senior Managers to join them, especially in the service lines of international tax, mergers & acquisition tax, and transfer pricing. The positions can be based in Hong Kong, Beijing or Shanghai. They will offer relocation assistance as well as competitive base and excellent benefits package. These are truly exciting positions in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities:
- Work independently and lead a team in the office/region on major tax projects. Participate in all aspects of engagements from the planning work to the implementation, including delegating and reviewing work of subordinates, managing member's workload and mentoring
- Assist partners in developing, mentoring and training staff in the respective office/region
- Deliver high quality tax services to multinational and Chinese based clients
- Establish relationships with clients, global/China network to market the firm’s service lines
- Profile the firm in the Chinese market through thought leadership such as articles and seminars
- Be actively involved in all marketing and sales initiatives

Requirements:
- Degree holders in accounting, law or related disciplines, having full membership with a recognized professional body. Master in Tax a definite advantage.
- Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience with an international accounting firm, tax bureau and /or industry
- Excellent project management, organization and leadership skills with an analytical and innovative mind. The ability to motivate a team and manage people
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Chinese reading and spoken skills highly desired.
